  1. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by You

The cancellation policy and eligibility for a refund depend on the specific course for which you've paid.

Free Consultation and One Month Free Trial:

After paying the initial enrollment fee, you can cancel this offering and receive a full refund provided you do so within the 4-week trial period. To cancel, navigate to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription" under billing information before the end of the trial period. Upon cancellation, we will automatically initiate the refund process, which typically completes within 60 days.

After your one-month free trial period ends and you've transitioned to a paid subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of your subscription, and your access to course materials will be immediately revoked upon cancellation.

Whether you're on a trial or a paid subscription, if you have any questions or concerns about cancelling your subscription, please contact our support team for assistance.

3.2 Cancellation by Us

One Day Japan Inc. reserves the right to cancel any online course, providing you with written notice (including via email) prior to the course start date. If we cancel your course or service, no refund will be issued.

Our liability for cancelling a course is limited to refunding the Fee and any other charges paid for the cancelled course. We do not issue refunds for rescheduled classes.
