After graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Kent Iida founded a community-focused marketing business. He later relocated to Dubai, UAE, where he worked in the airline industry. These diverse experiences led him to join HR Institute, where he launched his career as a lecturer specializing in active learning, designed to engage participants and draw out their full potential. Over the years, he has built a solid reputation through extensive speaking engagements both domestically and internationally.
