Kent grew up in Nagoya, Japan, and went to the University at Buffalo, New York, for his bachelor’s degree and Trinity College Dublin for his master’s degree (MBA). His work experience includes two years of employment as cabin crew for Emirates Airline in Dubai, UAE, and launching a web startup in Dublin with business partners. Throughout his life, he experienced diverse situations and environments while overseas. He has analyzed them from different perspectives. These life experiences became his assets. Now in Japan, he provides seminars and lectures for corporations, focusing on cross-cultural understanding and management in the business scene. He teaches corporate Japanese expatriates how to communicate well with foreigners overseas. He also started a YouTube channel called Japanese man Santi’s Radio to support foreign subscribers in understanding Japanese communication, culture and people. He has created over 250 videos on these and various other topics. At the same time, the development of his Japanese online course began. Now, he devotes his time to create better online content for foreigners to understand Japanese language and culture.
